Patricia E. Navratil

Patricia E. Navratil, 78, of Grand Rapids, died Sunday, Feb. 16, 2014 at her home surrounded by her family.

She was born in 1935 to Richard and Veronica McMillen. She was united in marriage to Vernon P. Navratil in 1963 and they moved to the Grand Rapids area. She owned and operated the Lonesome Hollow and Eileen May Antique shops. She was also a published author. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and husbands, Paul Boudin and Vernon Navratil.

She is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Boelter of Grand Rapids; three sons, Daniel of Champlin, Scott of Walker and Brian of Deer River; four sisters, Cathlin McMillen of Bloomington, Maureen McCallum of Summerset, Wis., Marguerite Santos of Ft. Valley, Va. and Brigid Felling of Paynesville; three brothers, Rev. Michael McMillen of Chicago, Ill., Timothy McMillen of Mound and Shaun McMillen of New Hope; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held Feb. 20 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Grand Rapids and continued Feb. 21 until the Mass of Christian Burial, also at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Private family burial will be in Wabana Cemetery, Wabana Township.
