A benefit was held for Rick Shearen at the Marcell Family Center on June 25 to help him and his wife Terry with medical bills from a snowmobile accident.
The accident happened on March 9 of this year. “I had rebuilt an 800 Skidoo,” said Shearen. “I don’t even ride the things, I just kind of rebuild them and fix them up. When I was finished with that one I was going to give it the initial startup. With my right hand on the handlebar and my left hand on the pull cord I gave it a pull.
